Golden Wolves Fukuoka (hereinafter "GW Fukuoka") is a handball team and agricultural company affiliated with League H (formerly the Japan Handball League). The team started with a dual concept: "farming during the day, handball at night. "By establishing a system that combines agriculture and athletics—where players also engage in farming—GW Fukuoka aims to tackle two major challenges: the aging of agricultural workers and the shortage of successors, as well as the issue of second careers faced by athletes after retirement. Since September 2024, Rengo has been supporting GW Fukuoka as a sponsor, helping this locally rooted sports team contribute to the healthy development of youth and the economic growth of the community.
