Rengo Conducts Work-Life Balance Management Training for Line Managers

Rengo Co., Ltd. has been working to create an environment that promotes work-life balance so that every employee can feel a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction and implement diverse work styles suited to their life stage.
As part of these efforts, Rengo held a Work-Life Balance Management Training session for all line managers from October 2025 to February 2026.

In this training session, participants learned about the background and knowledge related to balancing work and life events such as childcare, caregiving, medical treatment, and fertility treatment, while also deepening their understanding of how to create a supportive workplace where everyone can work comfortably. Furthermore, through group work, they gained firsthand understanding of the importance of diverse values and dialogue.

Ten sessions have been held in total both in-person and online

The session was implemented across all divisions, including plants, mills and the Head Office. Feedback included comments such as, "I was able to learn about other people's backgrounds, ways of thinking, and new aspects of their personalities," "I was able to learn about the innovative approaches and initiatives of other departments," and "By putting myself in another person's shoes, I gained a deeper understanding of how my subordinates feel."
