Rengo Subsidiaries Sanwa Danboru and Engei Shizai Center to Merge
Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it will merge Sanwa Danboru Co., Ltd. and Engei Shizai Center Co., Ltd. with the goal of improving the management efficiency of Rengo's subsidiaries to further enhance the Rengo Group's business performance.
