Rengo Co., Ltd. Receives CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) “A” Rating
Rengo Co., Ltd. has received the highest rating of “A” in the Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) conducted by CDP, an international environmental non-profit organization.
The SEA provides a comprehensive evaluation of corporate efforts to address climate change across their supply chains, based on governance, target setting, Scope 3 emissions management, and supplier engagement. As a result of this assessment, Rengo has been selected as a Supplier Engagement Leader.
The Rengo Group has established “Rengo Group Environmental Action 2050,” aiming to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its entire value chain, and has advanced initiatives such as strengthening collaboration with suppliers and enhancing the visualization and management of emissions. These efforts have been recognized in this assessment.
The Rengo Group will continue to position climate change as a key management issue and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by reducing environmental impact across its entire value chain.
