Rengo Establishes RS Wood Refinery CO., LTD.
Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it has established and started operations for a joint venture company (company name: RS Wood Refinery CO., LTD.) with Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd., as announced in the press release dated April 23, 2025, "Rengo Collaborates with Sumitomo Forestry in Bioethanol Business."
Through this joint venture, the Rengo Group will work to commercialize second-generation bioethanol, alongside strengthening its raw material wood chips procurement system and deepening its partnership with Sumitomo Forestry.
