Wrap it! Pack it! "Flexible Sheet"This cardboard cushioning sheet can be used in place of things like bubble wrap or packing paper.
The cardboard sheets have rows of hexagons separated by perforated edges and creases, which allows them to create angular polyhedral faces naturally when wrapped around a product, increasing the cushioning effect. They can be transformed into cylindrical or arc shapes by hand as desired, allowing them to be used for a range of purposes.

New Eco-Efficient Shape of the L-Shaped Lock Tray
Japan Packaging Contest 2025The L-Shaped Lock Tray that Rengo developed has been refined into a new shape that reduces its use of resources even further.
The addition of ultra-thin fins on the four corners inside the tray has made it structurally stronger, and the fins automatically fold when the tray is assembled, unaffecting labor manhours.
A contest held annually by the Japan Packaging Institute to develop and spread Japan's excellent packaging and its technologies.
