Rengo Subsidiary Tri-Wall Acquires Manufacturer of Heavy Duty Packaging Materials in Italy
Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired a 100% stake in Scart Imballaggi S.r.l. (Scart), through Tri-Wall’s wholly owned subsidiary.
Scart and its subsidiaries have plants in Northern and Central Italy. They manufacture and sell heavy duty packaging materials including corrugated packaging, wood packaging and pallets.
Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. Now, with the addition of Scart, Rengo’s group network has further expanded in Italy, the fourth-largest economy in Europe, where a high demand of heavy duty packaging materials is expected.
