Rengo Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President & CEO: Kiyoshi Otsubo) announces that it has reached agreement with Tohoku Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Koriyama-shi, Fukushima Prefecture; President: Anne Patricia Kaneko) to acquire shares of a Tohoku Kogyo wholly-owned subsidiary in April 2011.
