Process
- 1.
- Corrugated sheets loaded into the magazine are extracted one sheet at a time using vacuum pads.
- 2.
- The sheet is moved to the forming portion where the mandrel is located. During this time, hot-melt is applied.
- 3.
- The outer perimeter of the box is formed.
- 4.
- The surfaces of the box's body are compressed, and the flaps are folded.
- 5.
- The bottom flaps are compressed.
- 6.
- The forming of the box is completed, and the box exits the machine.
