    Rengo Wins Five Awards at the JPM Awards 2025

    Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it has won five awards in five categories under the In-Store Marketing Division of the JPM Awards 2025, hosted by Japan Promotional Marketing Institute Inc. (JPM).
    The JPM Awards follow the global standards of the Shop! OMA Awards Program and represent the largest POP tool contest in Japan. The awards aim to enhance the expressive quality of promotional tools and to raise public awareness of the promotional marketing industry. Rengo will continue to contribute to its customers' product development, sales promotion, and company image enhancement through its creative designs and proposals.

    ・Juice Marche Pen Case and Vending Machine-Style Display

    In conjunction with a project aimed at increasing awareness of the gel ink ballpoint pen "Juice," a bottle-shaped pen case and a vending machine made of corrugated board were developed.
    Targeting students and young working women, the corrugated board vending machine created an in-store experience where customers could select their favorite colors and create their own original bottle. The display was shared on social media and also contributed to attracting customers.

    ・Chocoball Gacha Display

    This display incorporated a mechanism that naturally makes people want to press it.
    With a single action of "pressing a button," this paper-based mechanism simultaneously enabled two actions: moving decorative parts and dispensing a product. Its playful design stimulated children's curiosity, drew attention in stores, and created an exciting purchasing experience.

    ・Spoon-Free Mobile POP

    This POP display expressed, in three dimensions, the product's key benefit of allowing jam to be spread with one hand without using a spoon.
    The design showed jam spiraling onto bread and added a swaying, bouncing motion for visual enjoyment. This approach communicated both the convenience and fun of the product while improving visibility in the limited space of the jam section.

    ・COCONSUPER Out-Bath Series Display

    This is an in-store counter display for a hair care brand featuring silk cocoon ingredients.
    The display was finished with a glamorous design inspired by cocoons and perfume. The product’s appeal was further enhanced with the careful selection of materials and the addition of light effects.

    ・KIRE-NA Display Stand

    This display stand communicates the pen tip's feature of drawing straight lines without smudging through two devised elements: product dummies and a test-writing area.
    The flexibility of the pen tip and its ability to draw straight lines were conveyed intuitively using the product dummies. In addition, a rounded test-writing memo pad was installed to allow customers to actually experience how easily lines can be drawn even on curved surfaces.

    The JPM Awards are the largest POP tool contest in Japan. The awards recognize outstanding POP advertisements and in-store displays based on the following criteria: originality of concept, quality of design and processing technology, appropriateness of material selection and manufacturing costs, consideration for distribution and use, and marketing effectiveness. Formerly known as the JPM In-Store Marketing Show & Awards, the program was renamed the JPM Awards, and categories were newly established by field.
