• Chipboard is a sort of paperboard made mainly from recovered paper. White-lined chipboard, a type with a whitened reverse side, is widely used as a material for paper-coated boxes for confectionery and other products. The Shiragiku Series has achieved outstanding whiteness and strength by carefully studying and choosing materials for the reverse side and by changing its content. Not containing any fluorescent dyes (fluorescent whiteners), a kind of environmental hormone considered carcinogenic, the Shiragiku Series ensures safety and reliability.

Shiragiku ZERO has been improved by adding antibacterial functions that last up to six months to respond to the social needs. Safety has been confirmed through tests in accordance with the Food Sanitation Act.
