Rengo Subsidiary Nihon Matai Acquires Sanyo Kakoshi
Rengo Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; Chairman, President & CEO: Kiyoshi Otsubo) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary Nihon Matai Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President: Takao Nakanishi) has acquired an 87.5% of the outstanding shares of Sanyo Kakoshi Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Toda-shi, Saitama; President: Junichi Murakami), making Sanyo Kakoshi becoming a subsidiary of Nihon Matai.
Sanyo Kakoshi manufactures and sells laminated products recently requested an equity investment from Nihon Matai for the purpose of strengthening its management base.
Nihon Matai will strengthen cooperation with Sanyo Kakoshi, and enhance its production capacity in the laminated product field, and bolster new product development.
