Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired 90% of the shares in Pronk Multiservice India Private Limited, through Tri-Wall's wholly owned subsidiary.
Pronk Multiservice India Private Limited has its operations in Bangalore, Faridabad, Mumbai and Chennai. The company manufactures and sells heavy duty packaging, with its primary focus on wooden packaging, and also provides packing service etc.
Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. In India, the Tri-Wall Group has expanded its business with 10 fabricators. Now, with the addition of Pronk Multiservice India Private Limited, Rengo will strengthen its supply system further and respond to more diverse packaging/service needs.
