Rengo Invests in Murase Danboru Ltd.
Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it has invested in Murase Danboru Ltd. and acquired a 20% share of the company (excluding treasury shares).
Murase Danboru is a manufacturer of corrugated packaging established in 1942. It is based in Konan-shi, Aichi Prefecture, and has built a strong customer base mainly in the area.
Through this investment, Rengo will strengthen the collaboration between Murase Danboru and neighboring plants directly managed by Rengo to further expand the Rengo Group's corrugated packaging business in the area.Overview of Murase Danboru Ltd.
