Rengo Subsidiary Tri-Wall Japan Acquires J-Pack
Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired 100% of the shares issued by J-Pack Co., Ltd., through Tri-Wall's wholly owned subsidiary Tri-Wall Japan Co., Ltd.
J-Pack provides various kinds of packaging services such as packing, warehousing, overseas moving, customs clearance, and logistics in Kanagawa and Chiba Prefectures.
Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. With the addition of J-Pack’s business and sales channel, Rengo seeks to enhance its services and further respond to its customer needs.Overview of Tri-Wall Limited
