    Rengo Wins Gold and Silver Awards at the 52nd JPM POP Creative Awards

    Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it has won one Gold Award and five Silver Awards at the JPM POP Creative Awards hosted by Japan Promotional Marketing Institute Inc. (JPM) for the fiscal year.
    This award is a global standard award based on the Shop! OMA AWARDS PROGRAM, and is the largest POP tool contest in the promotion industry in Japan, with the aim of improving the expressiveness of promotional tools and increasing social recognition of the promotion industry.
    Rengo will continue to support its customers’ sales promotion, contributing to enhancing the brand image and revitalizing sales through its creative proposals.

    These are three fragrance samples of shampoo and conditioner.
    Using a miniature relief bottle to link the image of the product, they serve as a guide that helps customers of the store decide which product to buy. The beads in the fragrance samples are made of Rengo's spherical cellulose particles (Viscopearl).

    This is a display stand that showcases the sense of weight and stylishness that only a fully metal lead case can provide.
    The product is displayed as an object floating in midair to create novelty, and the imposing design expresses a sense of luxury. Also, there is a space to display testers so that customers can recognize the appeal of products that can be used repeatedly with fondness.

    This is a counter display for the “Uni Smudge-Proof Leads Eco Pack,” which was developed based on the concept of reducing resource waste and prolonging item lifetime through repeated use.
    To emphasize the image of environmental sustainability, a recyclable corrugated board was used and the layout was carefully designed to show the cross-section of the corrugated board.

    ・ Hadabisei Genmai Gakuen One-touch Paper Hook Hanger

    This is a hanging display made entirely of paper.
    By converting from plastic to paper, it made this hanging display environmentally friendly. The display can be delivered flat and is designed to be instantly set to a triangular prism at the storefront. The shape of a triangular prism ensures sufficient strength.

    ・ Kirei Kirei All-Paper Generic Fragrance Samples

    Fragrance beads, case, and hook parts being all wood-derived, these are fragrance samples composed entirely of paper.
    The case and hooks are made of card paper only, reducing the amount of plastic used. Also, the assembly process was simplified and costs were reduced by converting from hand-gluing to machine-gluing. The beads in the fragrance samples are made of Rengo's spherical cellulose particles (Viscopearl).

    The JPM POP Creative Awards is the largest POP tool contest in Japan. The award recognizes outstanding POP advertisements and storefront displays based on the following criteria: originality of concept, quality of design and processing technology, appropriateness of material selection and manufacturing costs, consideration for distribution and use, and marketing effectiveness.
