Rengo Acquires Marufuku Co., Ltd.
Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it has acquired 100% of the shares issued by Marufuku Co., Ltd., making Marufuku a Rengo subsidiary.
Marufuku primarily manufactures and sells folding cartons and flexible packaging for confectionary and food products as travel souvenirs. It has strengths in its ability to plan and propose complete packaging solutions from outer boxes (decorative printing folding cartons) to individual packaging, and it has many first-rate customers throughout Japan.
In the future, the Rengo Group will deepen its collaboration with Marufuku and further expand its folding carton and flexible packaging businesses in each region.Overview of Marufuku Co., Ltd.
