Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it was certified as a 2022 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category) on March 9, 2022 under the Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
This program honors corporations such as companies that are practicing particularly good health management based on efforts in line with local health issues and health promotion efforts carried forward by Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This is Rengo's third consecutive certification.
In line with the adoption of the mandatory retirement at age 65, Rengo has organized the initiatives and plans of the company, labor union, and health insurance association, and formulated and announced the Rengo Good Health Declaration in January 2019. With the priority measures of “good health promotion,” “mental health,” and “the creation of workplaces that facilitate work by all persons” in place, we aim to promote the health of employees and their families while also focusing on initiatives to support good mental and physical health in order to foster workplace communication.
Rengo will continue to practice health and productivity management and further our efforts to ensure that employees can live and work in good health.
