RA-1000 high-speed blank-sheet converter

Features

The "RA-1000"is a new type of automatic A-type case converter that simultaneously adheres the blank sheet's joint flap and bottom flaps.
High-speed conversion: Maximum capacity of 60 cases per minute.
Very compact: Only about half the size of conventional models offering equivalent capacity.
Size change can be completed in 15 minutes, using handles only. No tools are required.
Because the machine uses blank sheets for A-type cases, it is easy to mount a sheet feeding device to the machine's magazine section.

Typical Applications
Glass bottles, plastic bottles, produce, etc.

Operation Flow

1. Blank sheets are stacked in the feed magazine.
2. The machine pulls in one sheet at a time from the magazine, and applies hot-melt to the sheet's body.
3. The sheet is folded into a U-shape by rotating arms on either side, and hot-melt is applied to the bottom panel.
4. The sheet passes to the hot-melt pressurizing area, where the body and bottom panel are adhered to form the A case.
The case then exits the machine.
